Christmas At Butterfly Cove by Sarah Bennett

BLURB
All she wants for Christmas…

When talented artist Nee Sutherland returns to Butterfly Cove for her sister’s wedding, it’s only a matter of time before she has to face her own bridegroom – Luke Spenser – the man she impulsively married, then left in the middle of the night.

Nee hasn’t picked up her paintbrushes in months, a part of her is broken. She knows Luke might never forgive her, leaving him was the biggest mistake of her life – but could coming home for Christmas be the best decision she’s ever made?

Maybe all she needs is a little Christmas miracle…

A delightfully feel-good festive romance, perfect for fans of Trisha Ashley, Rachael Lucas and Hilary Boyd.

REVIEW
As always, lets start with the cover. Christmas at Butterfly Cove is the third book in a series by the talented Sarah Bennett, and this book cover does not disappoint, it has the same cute little house as the first two books, I love the continuation of this on the covers. I think it really brings the look of the books together.

As I’ve just mentioned, this book is the third instalment of the Butterfly Cove books by Sarah Bennett, (you can read my review of Wedding Bells at Butterfly Cove here http://wearahalo.blogspot.co.uk/2017/08/022.html) I have yet to read the first book - Sunrise at Butterfly Cove but I have found both the second and third books easy to read without having read the first, so if your new to these books you can easily read them as stand alone books but to get a feel for all the characters you should grab yourself a copy of all three.

I really love how Sarah has all these characters that intertwine and each book centres on a different character that was there in the previous books. Just like the second book, it’s very well written and keeps you wanting to turn the page.

The story is wrapped around Nee and Luke, and their love story, their love for each other and of them finding themselves. I love the Christmas festivities, how it seems to bring everyone together, that’s not to say that the characters don’t all have their ups and downs, and that I think is what makes these character more believable as people. As with any great story Sarah has addressed love, hate, friendships, family and pain. The road is not always smooth, just like Nee and Luke in this story we all have our ups and downs and we can all hurt inside and lose ourselves occasionally.

Sarah has done a wonderful job of creating Butterfly Cove and it’s residents. If you’re looking to fall in love with a place and follow some magical people then you really should grab yourself a copy of Sarah’s Butterfly Cove books, they would be the prefect present for you or a loved one, get yourself snuggled up with a blanket and a cuppa and settle in for an amazing escape into Sarah world at Butterfly Cove.

Sarah Bennett
AUTHOR
Sarah Bennett has been reading for as long as she can remember. Raised in a family of bookworms, her love affair with books of all genres has culminated in the ultimate Happy Ever After – getting to write her own stories to share with others.

Born and raised in a military family, she is happily married to her own Officer (who is sometimes even A Gentleman). Home is wherever he lays his hat, and life has taught them both that the best family is the one you create from friends as well as relatives.

When not reading or writing, Sarah is a devotee of afternoon naps and sailing the high seas, but only on vessels large enough to accommodate a casino and a choice of restaurants.

Sarah is the author of the Butterfly Cove trilogy, published by HQ Digital UK. You can also look forward to a new series coming in 2018, set in the beautiful seaside town of Lavender Bay.
